OK – So a bit about who I am . . .
I’m Cat and I’m a freelance Personal trainer and Lifestyle coach.
Whatever your goals are based on, I believe in training for life.
I started out in my younger years as a gymnast and moved into dance and theatre and from there into show management. I began to realise that to performers the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle are unquestionable and consequently developed a real passion for my own physical and mental wellbeing.
As a fully qualified REPS 3 personal trainer I have almost 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I embarked on a career as a lifestyle coach and personal trainer to inspire others; promoting healthier, stress-free living.
Now I’m a mum and I have also realised the importance of being fit and healthy to enjoy the time with my son. I trained throughout my pregnancy . . . still running with a friend at 36 weeks and I got straight back into training after the birth. Those pre-pregnancy jeans were back on in a few weeks!
