Being fit, healthy and doing regular exercise helps to prepare you both mentally and physically for the challenges of pregnancy and labour. Exercising pre-pregnancy will help you to regulate and control your bodyweight during pregnancy, improve sleep quality, reduce back pain and help to fight stress and anxiety.

Your individually designed pregnancy fitness programme will be carefully tailored to each trimester of your pregnancy. Emphasis will be placed upon maintaining core fitness, stretching, strengthening your stomach muscles and pelvic floor in preparation for giving birth, and minimising the effects of pregnancy on your posture.

We will design safe and effective pregnancy fitness programmes to help and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

A healthy diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle at any time, but is especially vital if you’re pregnant or planning a pregnancy.

We will help you to eat healthily to allow your baby to develop and grow. We will work on boosting your body confidence, your fitness and energy.

Studies show that women who regularly exercise through pregnancy seem to maintain a better self-image and are generally more positive about themselves and their labour and delivery.
